March 31-April 7, 2012 marked our first vacation since LM was born. We were anxious about the flight to Florida... and it turned out there was no need for the anxiety. LM loves flying - he looks out the window and naps during flights. He was a dream.
The Maiden Voyage of the Disney Fantasy was a lot of fun. It was our first time taking a maiden voyage and I was surprised that there weren't more people on board. The ship was at capacity... yet it seemed there weren't that many people on the ship at all.
The last night of the cruise, LM decided he would try to climb the stairs in the main atrium of the ship. He climbed almost all the way to the top before OD grabbed him and took him to the bottom to try for some pictures. He turned around again and started climbing. It was so cute. Yay... one of his firsts was on a Disney ship!
After we came home, LM got his first stomach bug. Poor little guy was so sick and the only thing he could hold down was either breast milk or pedialyte. After a week with the bug, he finally recovered. Thank goodness... he's back to his normal, hungry, and constantly moving self.
His visits to the doctor are starting to space out now. He had an appointment April 23... his length was 28" and his weight was 19lb 2oz (he'd been at 20lb 4oz before getting his stomach bug.)
